William Jepsen, Aran Tripathi, and Carolyn Winder have been named 2024 National Merit Semifinalists.   

The National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) announced the names of approximately 16,000 Semifinalists in the 69th annual National Merit Scholarship Program. The nationwide pool of Semifinalists, representing less than one percent of the U.S. high school seniors, included the highest-scoring entrants in each state on the 2022 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT).  These academically talented high school seniors have an opportunity to continue in the competition for some 7,250 National Merit Scholarships worth more than $28 million that will be offered next spring.
