• Earliest Arrival: 7:15 AM - Supervision begins

• Building Entry: 7:15 AM
  • Students may go to breakfast or their designated waiting areas based on grade level.

• Classroom Entry: 7:40 AM

• Attendance Taken: 7:55 AM

For student safety, please do not drop off students before 7:15 AM, as supervision is not available.

Drop-Off Time:

Doors open at 7:15 AM, with staff assisting at the Bus and Car drop-off locations.

Drop-Off Procedures:

Circle Drive

• Enter in via the East driveway
• Pull all the way up to the student drop-off sign by the light pole outside of the gym to allow 5-6 vehicles to unload at once.
  • Do not stop at the entry pillars if you are the first car in line.
  • This helps clear Hwy 10 faster.
• Have your student(s) ready to exit as soon as you pull up to drop off.
• Students should exit the vehicle on the side closest to the building to avoid walking around the car.
• Recommended drop-off time is after 7:20 AM to allow buses to exit smoothly in the morning.
• Exit via the West driveway
  • Watch for buses leaving as they have the right-of-way.

Parking/Walk-In

• If you need to assist your student(s) getting out of the car or they are not ready to exit immediately:
  • Park in the designated spots west of the flagpole.
  • Walk your student across the traffic to Door #1 entrance.

Visitor Check-in:

• Enter in Door #1 (Main Entrance)
  • Ring the doorbell on the left side for the Secretary to assist you. 
  • If you are volunteering in a classroom, bring your driver's license.   

Dismissal Time: 

• Students are dismissed at 2:40 PM each day.
• Parent pickup runs from 2:45 - 3:00 PM.
• Buses exit at approximately 2:45 PM via the West Driveway.

Car Pickup Procedures:

Pickup Location:

• All students are to be picked up at Door #1

Car Pickup:

1. Enter through the West entrance and drive straight to the back playground to line up.
2. Follow the marked lines and fill in pickup spots 1, 2, 3, and 4 in order.
3. All front vehicles in each line pull forward around the building to the pickup area.
4. The next full row moves up, and the process repeats.
5. As you approach the gym corner, display your pick-up sign or roll down your window and provide your student's last name to a staff member.
6. A staff member will call your student(s) to the front entrance for pickup.
7. Exit via the East driveway.

• Checking In for Late Arrival
  • Ring the doorbell upon arrival.
  • The secretary will assist with the check-in process.

• Early Dismissal
  • Notify the school in advance via phone, email, or written note stating the reason for early dismissal.
  • Upon arrival, ring the doorbell, and the secretary will contact the student’s classroom.
  • Students will only be released to authorized individuals listed by the parent/guardian.

• Important Notes:
  • Students with medical disabilities requiring assistance must be accompanied when leaving school.
  • No student shall be released to anyone who is not authorized such custody by the parents.

If your child will be absent for a planned reason, such as a family trip, surgery, medical appointments, or college visits, please follow these steps

• Call or Email:
  • Contact the school office at (715) 383-1312 to inform the secretary.

• Review Attendance Policy:
  • Students may be excused for up to 10 days per school year for pre-planned absences.
  • Missed coursework must be completed.

• Common Pre-Planned Absences Include:
  • Medical, dental, or legal appointments that can’t be scheduled outside school hours.
  • Funerals of relatives.
  • College visits or job fairs.
  • Family vacations.

You can submit appointment slips or medical documentation using any of the following methods:

• Drop Off: Bring a paper copy to the school office.

• Email: Send a screenshot of the appointment slip/reminder to the secretary Click Here to Email

• Show at Check-In: Present a screenshot of the appointment slip/reminder to the secretary when picking up or returning your student.
