Welcome to the NEW School District of Marshfield Website!

The new marshfieldschools.org includes:

• Unified navigation, one consistent menu across all pages
  • ☰ Menu is Located in the top right of all pages
• Mobile-friendly design
• Accessibility improvements for all users
• Reorganized content for faster access to contacts, schools, resources, and departments
• A clean, modern look that reflects the Marshfield Tiger pride

We carried over essential and up-to-date information, but also streamlined and reorganized content to reduce clutter and improve usability. Some outdated material has been removed or relocated.

The Staff Portal link is located in the top utility bar of the website header.

At this time, staff are being redirected to the district's Staff OneDrive folder for access to internal resources and documents.

Staff must log in using their Marshfield Schools account to view materials.

We are actively working to publish a full staff portal within the new website so employees can benefit from the updated design and navigation. Once the portal is live, staff will receive an email notification.

Access to the portal will require district credentials.

We appreciate your patience as we complete this transition and work to enhance your digital experience.

The Staff Portal serves as a one-stop hub with quick access to essential tools and resources, including:

• Skyward Educator and Employee Access
• Frontline Absence Management and Professional Growth
• Accounting forms and financial resources
• Student Services documents
• Health forms, medical training, and related materials
• Additional commonly used forms and internal resources

Please note: Some materials that were previously behind the portal—such as curriculum guides, professional development tools, and assessment resources—are now publicly available on the website for easier access anytime.

Students will continue to access student resources through My Apps.

Families have multiple convenient ways to access login portals and key resources.

You can find links to Skyward Family Access, Canvas Parent/Observer, and Seesaw by selecting the “Family Logins” link in the header utility bar, which is available on every page of the website.

• Hovering over the link reveals a dropdown menu with direct login options.
• Clicking the link will take you to a dedicated landing page with all family login tools in one place: www.marshfieldschools.org/family-logins.

Family login links are also available:

• On the homepage as icon buttons
• Within the main banner area of the Families page

These access points are designed to make it easy for families to stay connected wherever they are.

Currently, Keena in the IT Department is managing website updates for all district pages.

If you need content added, updated, changed, or removed, please submit a help desk ticket.

Be sure to include:

• any necessary attachments
• provide a clear, specific description of your request
  • If no wording is provided, content will be written on your behalf based on the context.

The website is considered a living resource and will continue to be monitored and updated as needed. Once all pages are live and functioning smoothly, editing responsibilities will be transitioned to designated website editors—typically your building secretary or administrative assistant.
