It is the intent of the Unified School District of Marshfield that the information on its website be accessible to individuals with disabilities in compliance with the requirements of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title I, II, and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 along with accompanying statutory regulations.

Grievances related to Section 504, Title or other formal grievances can be filed with the District using the procedures established by Policy 1623 or the Public Complaint process outlined in Policy 9130.
