If you are unable to sign in to or sign out of your Apple ID, first try resetting your password.
- Go to Recover Your Apple ID (Apple’s official recovery site).
- Follow the on-screen prompts to reset your password.
To check which email is used for your Apple ID:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your Apple ID name at the top of the left column.
- Your Apple ID email will be displayed there.
If you are still unable to sign out or erase your iPad:
- District IT staff will need to complete the reset process manually.
โ ๏ธ Important: iCloud / Apple ID accounts and passwords are not managed by district IT. If you experience issues with your Apple ID, you must contact Apple Support directly.
